To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found three trees located at the listed property, that
should be removed. 1. Southern Magnolia 2. Water Oak 3. Water Oak. The trees pose an
unnecessary risk to person or property.
The Magnolia tree is starting to uproot. The roots are coming out of the ground and the tree is
leaning towards the house. The tree is growing in close proximity to the home and when it falls
will hit the roof. The tree is a hazard to the property and should be removed.
The two water oaks have visible rot on their trunks. Which indicate rotten cavities on the inside
of the trees. The trees are growing close to the house and lean over the roof. The trees are
hazardous to the property and should be removed.
