The following is a list of the comments provided to us by email dated February 19,2024, followed by
responses by Matthews | DCCM.
GENERAL COMMENTS:
1. An FDOT connection permit is required. Please submit FDOT approval.

2. Per Sec. 24-161, three bicycle parking spaces are required. Bicycle spaces must meet the
requirements of Sec. 24-161(l).

3. Per Sec. 24-69, please show all driveways within 300 feet of the property.

14. The Vehicle Use Area perimeter buffers should include the entire length of the VUA that is not
screened from an adjacent property by a building. Please revise. Sec. 24-176(e)(2)

15. The street frontage shrubs used to form the opaque screen must be at least 3 feet tall, per Sec. 24-
176(e)(1). All other shrubs must be at least 3-gallon. Please revise.
