A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN MONIES BETWEEN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Atlantic Beach requires
that the City Commission approve all budgetary increases and transfers
from one fund to another, and
WHEREAS, the nature of budgetary systems and those day to day
decisions affecting such budgetary systems require adjustment from time
to time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Atlantic Beach, that the attached Budget Adjustment No. BA-21 be approved
for the 1991-92 budget.
Adopted by the City Commission July 27, 1992.

EXPLANATION: (1) Insufficient monies budgeted in Water Operations to cover 0/T
necessary to respond to beeper calls, water & sewer breaks, and
line flushing program prompted by HRS notification in newspaper.
(2) Underrunning budget in salaries due to resignations/terminations
and overtime is consequently overrunning budget.
(3) Staff worked overtime during switchover in sanitation hours.
