This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of one multi-stemmed Water oak (Quercus nigra) tree located at the Reiter residence at 1798 Selva Marina Drive in Atlantic
Beach, Florida 32233.
The dead co-dominate stemmed tree is located in the front yard and leaning out over the roadway. The homeowner is concerned about it being a threat to public safety and intends to remove
it. When it fails it will land in the middle of southbound traffic on Selva Marina Drive. Therefore, it is recommended the tree be removed as soon as possible.
