This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of one dead Florida Maple (Acer floridanum) tree located at Elim Services Property Management at 1941 Mayport road in Atlantic
Beach, Florida 32233.
The dead tree is located in the front yard right side. The property owner wishes to remove the tree to avoid property damage. Therefore, being the tree is dead it is recommended the
tree be removed as soon as possible.
