A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH ACCEPTING THE
PURVIS, GRAY & COMPANY FINANCIAL
ANALYSIS OF THE ATLANTIC BEACH
WATER AND WASTE WATER UTILITY
SYSTEMS AND APPROVING THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE
RECOMMENDATIONS THEREIN.
WHEREAS , The City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach
Directed Purvis, Gray & Company to perform a financial analysis
of tne Water and Waste Water utilities of the City , and
WHEREAS, This analysis includes recommendations for
funding of improvements , rate adjustments and streamlining of
operations, and
WHEREAS, The Commission has determined that the
recommendations contained therein are necessary for the
efficient operation of the Water and Sewer utilities of the
City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH as follows:
1 . That the Purvis, Gray & Company Financial Analysis of
the Water and Sewer Utilities is hereby accepted.
2. That the Recommendations contained therein are hereby
adopted except where in conflict with duly adopted Ordinances or
Resolutions of the City.
3. That the City Manager is hereby directed to implement
those recommendations in a manner consistent with the policies
of this Commission.
4. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption .
ADOPTED By The City Commission of Atlantic Beach this 23rd
day of November, 1992 .
