A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH ADOPTING A WATER
AND SEWER UTILITIES CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM, PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach
has determined that the Water and Sewer utilities of the City
would benefit from the implementation of a program of planned
improvements , and
WHEREAS, The city has identified and prioritized needed
improvements to be included in this plan , and
WHEREAS, The Commission has determined that the scheduled
improvements contained therein are vital to the safe and
efficient operation of the Water and Sewer utilities of the
City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH as follows:
1 . That the Water and Sewer Utility Capital Improvement
Program is hereby adopted .
2. That the City Manager is hereby directed to implement
the provisions of said program through the appropriate
departments and divisions.
3 . This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
