Your guidance and historical perspective was invaluable. To that end, the City of Atlantic Beach City Commission, at its last meeting on Monday July 8, 2024 adopted the attached and below referenced six (6) charter amendment measures for inclusion into the 2024 General Election to be held on November 5, 2024. As previously discussed, the City Commission also voted on the arranging the ballot measures in the question sequence proposed below, as follows: 1. Question 1: Ordinance 33-24-26: Environmental Stewardship 2. Question 2: Ordinance 33-24-29: Primaries when there are more than two (2) candidates office 3. Question 3: Ordinance 33-24-25: Residency Requirement (from 2 to 4 years) to run for 4. Question 4: Ordinance 33-24-30: Charter Review Process Clarifications 5.
