A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN MONIES BETWEEN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Atlantic Beach requires
that the City Commission approve all budgetary increases and transfers
from one fund to another, and
WHEREAS, the nature of budgetary systems and those day to day
decisions affecting such budgetary systems require adjustment from time
to time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Atlantic Beach, that the attached Budget Adjustment No. 90-07 be approved
for the 1989-90 budget.
Adopted by the City Commission January 14, 1991.

EXPLANATION: To provide additional budget for expenditures in the Gas Tax Funds
as follows:
( 1 )Additional transfers to the Capital Projects Funds for projects that were
originally started and budgeted in F . Y. 1988-89 , but for which the majority
of the expenditures occurred in F . Y. 1989-90(Resurfacing and Engineering
for the portion of the Beach Avenue project which related to paving ) .
( 2 )To provide for additional gas tax funds to be transferred for debt service
payments on the Gulfbreeze Loans rather because of an incorrect computation
made in FY 1989-90 Budget in the amount of gas tax funds and other funds us
for the debt payments . However, the F . Y. 1990-91 Budget incorporated the
corrected estimated expenditures for Debt Service payments and beginning
balances for October 1 , 1990 .
