To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Cedar tree that should be removed. The tree poses an
unnecessary risk to person or property. The cedar tree has a large hole at the base of the trunk. A
hole that you can see all the way through the tree. Visible decay and rot can be seen on the inside
of the tree. The tree is growing in close proximity to the house and driveway. The tree is a hazard
to the property and Jackson Road. The tree should be removed as soon as possible.
