Resolution
No. 91-4
WHEREAS, Louis B. MacDonell has served the people of the City of
Atlantic Beach since September 1968, as a member of the Board of
Adjustment and as vice-chairman of the Community Development Board since
its inception in February 1987, and
WHEREAS, Louis B. MacDonell did serve effectively and_ efficirently
and gave most generously of his talents, time and energy for the benefit
of the residents of the City of Atlantic Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF ATLANTIC BEACH:
Section 1. That the City Commission does hereby express its
deep appreciation for the competent, loyal, and dedicated service of
Louis B. MacDonell.
Section 2. That a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the
official minutes of the City of Atlantic Beach, and a certified copy
thereof be furnished to Louis B. MacDonell.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA, this 28th day of January 1991. e
