780 Sailfish Drive Arborist Letter - invasive and dead trees Joe Musgrove ISA Certified Arborist® FL-9674A Joe.lucastree@gmail.com (904) 887-1492 July 9, 2024 Tanner Waterman 780 Sailfish Dr. E. Atlantic Beach, Fl 32233 In Re: Certified Arborist letter To Whom it May Concern: Upon inspection of the property, I found six trees that should be removed from the property. (2) Cherry Laurels (3) Golden Rain trees and (1) Cherry Oak tree. These trees pose an unnecessary risk to person or property. The two Cherry Laurel trees are severely damaged. They are full of dead rotting branches and the trunk of the trees are decomposing. There are large holes in the trunk and visible rot can be seen throughout the inside of the tree. The trees are growing close enough to the house located on the property to make them extremely hazardous. They should be removed to reduce the risk of them falling. The three Golden Rain trees are completely dead. They show no signs of life and the branches are leafless. The trunks are beginning to rot and the trees are very hazardous to the property. They are growing close to the house and should be removed. The Cherry Oak tree is completely dead. It has no signs of life and looks as if it has been dead for many years. The branches are starting to rot and fall to the ground. The tree is a hazard to the property and should be removed. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
