NO. 91-30
WHEREAS, Kathleen A. Russell has served the people of the City of
Atlantic Beach since June 1988, as a member of the Community Development
I Board, and
WHEREAS, Kathleen A. Russell did serve effectively and efficiently
and gave most generously of her talents, time and energy for the benefit
of the residents of the City of Atlantic Beach, and
WHEREAS, Kathleen A. Russell has resigned from the Community
Development Board to accompany her husband to Tallahassee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF ATLANTIC BEACH:
Section 1. That the City Commission does hereby express its
deep appreciation for the competent and dedicated service of Kathleen
A. Russell and extends best wishes for her future happiness.
Section 2. That a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the
official minutes of the City of Atlantic Beach, and a certified copy
hereof be furnished to Kathleen A. Russell.
