I have a listing in Aquatic Gardens;along with two other realtors representing their listings. I am representing friends that inherited 474 Aquatic Drive and the two other listings are 354& 507 Aquatic Drive. Some of our Feedback from buyers have been over the concern of townhomes in the neighborhood with owners not taking care of their properties. There are several townhomes with extremely overgrown yards and some covering the roof, boats and a lot of junk in driveways and front yards. Unfortunately,there is not a HOA at Aquatic Gardens and I do not know why it was canceled by homeowners. When Aquatic Gardens was initially built in 1985-1986,there was a HOA and it was Gated over the Hopkins Creek canal. It is very frustrating to us I, and our homeowners,to try and sell their properties that have been remodeled and properly maintained, to have buyers walk away due to unkempt properties in the subdivision. Th er e has bern a change in the neighborhood that there are more owner-occupied properties rather than tenant occupied. Still rentals in community and that might be the case for majority of properties listed below.
