RESOLUTION NO. 91-33
WHEREAS, the Clerks and Inspectors of the Primary Election held in
Atlantic Beach, Florida, on October 1 , 1991, for the purpose of electing
a Mayor-Commissioner for Seat 1, and two Commissioners for Seats 2 and
3, canvassed the votes cast and did make the returns on the same in
words as follows:

OCTOBER 1, 1991 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTING TWO

(Unopposed)
Seat No. 2 City Commissioner - Lyman Fletcher ELECTED
Seat No. 3 City Commissioner - Dezmond Waters ELECTED
IT IS FURTHER FOUND AND DETERMINED that the above named candidate
for seat No. 1 is duly elected to serve for two years, and it is further
found that the above named candidates for Seats 2 and 3 are each duly
elected to serve for four years.
