The tree is growing taller and is more exposed to the direct wind. this will expidite the tree falling. lower limbs have been removed for clearce of street and yard so can not do a canopy reduction for wind. Upon inspection it appears the root plate is beginning to lift where the tree is leaning. The lawn is obstructing a proper look at the root however when I walked over the lifted area I felt several mounds in . the soil where the roots may have broken and im o feeling the 2 sides where the break occurred. The F' ' alt tree was pruned with street and yard clearance in mind. Proper pruning has taken place. The tree has grown taller so is more exposed to direct wind. As time gos on the tree grows the wind impact will be greater causing further damage to the root system and possibly causing the tree to fall. Removal is the best option for zero remaining risk factor. No tower branches remain that could be used to reduce the height of the tree. NE 7*-/ 77R 2 q oo s re a r.a AP 7- e e FL- 3z2 3 3
