To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Magnolia tree that should be removed. The tree poses
an unnecessary risk to person and property. The tree is suffering from root rot. The rot has spread
up to the trunk of the tree causing collar rot. The trunk of the tree has large holes in it where
visible rot and decay can be seen. The tree is growing right up against the side of the house and
touching the house in many areas. The tree is a major hazard to the property and should be
removed.
