To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water Oak that should be removed. The tree poses an
unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree has a large rotted cavity on the inside of the
trunk. This is evident by the large hole at the base of the stump. The wood can be pulled off with
your hand and there is extensive rot and decaying wood throughout the inside of the trunk. The
tree is growing next to the driveway and is extremely hazardous to the property, The tree should
be removed.
