To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Cabbage Palm that should be removed. The tree poses
an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree has a large section of its trunk missing. It
looks like many years ago someone was going to cut the tree down and stopped. It has a wedge
cut into the trunk about four feet from the ground. The tree is starting to rot from this wound and
the weight of the tree leans toward the house. The tree is a hazard to the property and should be
removed.
