Mayor Ford called the meeting to order at 5:32 PM. DCC Nichols called the roll.

DCC Nichols called each speaker to the podium.
Brinkley Harrell spoke about the proposed cost of living adjustment (COLA).

A.Budget Workshop #2 Presentation
CM Killingsworth presented as detailed in the agenda packet and answered questions
from the Commission.
PWD Williams answered questions from the Commission.
There was a CONSENSUS to remove the mailbox pavilion located at the Adele Grage
Cultural Center and replace it with additional parking.
