RESOLUTION NO. 89-13
WHEREAS, in the construction of the Atlantic Beach Elementary School
it was necessary to close Sylvan Drive, and
WHEREAS, the closing of said Sylvan Drive left Lots 351 and 352
Saltair Subdivision with no access, and
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach in cooperation with the Duval
County School Board constructed access to Lots 351 and 352 Saltair
Subdivision off Poinsettia Street, and

WHEREAS, this public access was never dedicated and named.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. That certain paved right-of-way fifteen feet in width
and approximately one hundred feet long running northeast from a point
that commences at the intersection of the east right-of-way line of
Poinsettia Street and the north boundary line of the Atlantic Beach me Cd,AQhmo
Elementary School property be and it hereby is named Poinsettia e(4.2,10)
and henceforth is dedicated to public use.
Section 2. That certified copies of this Resolution be furnished
to the owners of record of Lots 351 and 352 Saltair Subdivision and it
be spread upon the official minutes of the City of Atlantic Beach and so
noted on all current and future street maps of the City of Atlantic
Beach.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect upon its adoption.
