PUBLIC COMMENT Mayor Ford read a comment into the record (which is attached hereto and made part of this Official Record as Budget Workshop Attachment A). CC Bartle called each speaker to the podium. James Johnson encouraged the Commission to approve of the police departments upcoming budget. Troy Penn encouraged the Commission to approve of the police departments upcoming budget.
