Upon inspection of the property,I found a Water Oak that should be removed. The tree poses an
unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree has uprooted from the ground and is being held
up by another tree on the property. The tree is leaning toward the house Iocated at this property
and is extremely dangerous. The tree is a major hazard to the property and should be removed
ASAP.This is an emergency situation.
