WHEREAS, the partners of Buccaneer Management partnership wish to extend
the redemption date of bonds in the Buccaneer Water and Sewer District;
and
WHEREAS, in order to encourage the city to comply with their requests the
partnership will convey to the City of Atlantic Beach real property
located at 902 Assisi Lane; and
WHEREAS, it appearing the proposal is mutually beneficial
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Atlantic Beach, Florida
Section 1 In consideration of the conveyance of the real property
at 902 Assisi Lane, Jacksonville, Florida from the Buccaneer Management
Partnership to the City of Atlantic Beach, the City Commission hereby
agrees to extend the redemption date on the Buccaneer water and Sewer
District Bonds until May 15, 1994, at which time they may be redeemed in
whole or in part at the price of par plus accrued interest to the
redemption date.
Section 2 This resolution shall take affect upon its adoption
