To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Golden Frain Tree that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree broke in half during a recent storm. The
top of the tree is broken in half and is hanging over the fence. The tree is a hazard to the property
and should be removed ASAP.
