To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water Oak that should be removed. The tree poses an
unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is completely dead. It has no green leaves and
the wood is starting to rot. Large branches are falling to the ground. The tree is a hazard to the
property and should be removed.
