STORMWATER SUMMARY
THE PROPOSED POOL AND POOL DECK WILL INCREASE THE ISR RATIO TO 39.5% WHICH IS
BELOW THE LAND DEVELOPMENT STANDARD. THE PROPOSED INCREASED IMPERVIOUS
AREA IS 694.5 SF. A ONSITE STORMWATER STORAGE DETENTION AREA HAS BEEN
DESIGNED TO AVVOMADATE THE REQUIRED STORMWATER VOLUME PER THE LDC. THE
STORMWATER FROM THE POOL DECK WILL BE CAPTURED IN A DECK DRAIN. THE
STORMWATER FROM THE DECK DRAIN AND THE ADJACENT AREAS TO THE POOL DECK
WILL BE CONVEYED TO THE DETENTION AREA ADJACENT THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE.
ONCE THE DETETNION AREA EXCEEDS THE REQUIRED DESIGN AMAOUNT THE ADITIONAL
STORMWATER WILL BE CONVEYED VIA CONTROL WEIR AND SHEET FLOW TO THE CITY
RIGHT OF WAY. REPLANTING AND RE-SODDING ACCESS PATHS SHALL HAVE A FINISHED
HEIGHT SAME AS EXISTING. SILT FENCE SHALL BE MAINTAINED. STOCK PILES OUTSIDE
PRESCRIBED CONTAINMENT AREA SHALL BE ENCOMPASSED IN SILT FENCE. DOWNSTREAM
