88-15 v RESOLUTION NO. 88-15
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach has embarked upon a program of
Major Sewer Rehabilitation, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that financial assistance is
available from the Environmental Protection Agency, and
WHEREAS, the Environmental Protection Agency has found the City
qualified to receive a federal grant,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA
Section 1. The City of Atlantic Beach hereby accepts the offer
of the federal grant in the amount of $97,403.00 to the City of Atlantic
Beach for Major Sewer Rehabilitation Phase II, in project C120747070
(Step 3) .
Section 2. The City Manager be authorized to sign any necessary
papers of acceptance in connection with said grant.
