Attached is a memo I prepared that you may share with your staff for review and
input as well as with the commissioners. We have not specified exactly what
system would be specified, but both that we have spent time looking at are aerobic
systems with oxygen injected. They came recommended to us by a sanitation
designer with experience in sensitive environmental areas. Our goal is to design
the system to discharge the pre-treated gray water through a drip irrigation system
as illustrated in the memo. Regular monitoring, maintenance and records of such
will need to be kept for the system.
