Mr. Carmack,
At your request, I have inspected the 42" multi-stem Maple, (2) 18" Water
Oaks and the 28" Sweet Gum tree referenced in the Blue Ox Proposal within
Sevilla Condominiums at Atlantic Beach. All of these trees exhibit old age,
die back in the top, open cavities, heart rot and canker. In my opinion, all
four trees are a danger to persons and property and should be removed.
