To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water Oak that should be removed. The tree poses an
unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is in very poor condition. It has a large hole in
the base of the stump. After reaching my hand into the hole to inspect the wood, I found a large
rotted out cavity that extends in to the main trunk of the tree. The tree is growing in close
proximity to the house located at the listed address. The tree is very hazardous to the property
and should be removed.
