Upon inspection of the property, I found an American Elm tree that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The trunk of the tree has large holes that show
the wood on the inside of the tree. The wood is decaying and the rot has spread all over the tree.
There are large mushrooms growing on the trunk which is also a indicator that the wood is
decaying rapidly. The tree is in very poor condition and is a hazard to the property. The tree
should be removed.
