To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Maple tree that should be removed. The tree poses an
unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is growing in to the side of the neighbor’s house
pressing on his roof and gutters. There is no way to properly prune the tree so that it does not
damage the neighbor’s house. The tree would lose all of the canopy and die very soon after the
pruning. To make the neighbor’s property safe the tree should be removed.
