To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a double trunk Live oak tree that should be removed.
The tree poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree has large holes all down the
trunk, where visible rot can be seen on the inside of the tree. The majority of the canopy is
already dead. And the tree is starting to uproot out of the ground. The tree is a hazard to the
property and should be removed.
