. The necessary removal of one 28"DBH hickory tree located in the rear left side overhanging
the home.The above tree has visible non-healing heart rot and major decay present at
bifurcation point of the main trunk.The hickory tree is a hazard to persons and property as
trimming will not reduce the risk to low and should be considered for removal.
