The 3 story home completed in 2002 has walls built that are consistent with construction type
known as ICE, insulated concrete forms.
Design plans were found in the City's Building Department Archives for the address above. Page
32 6f 36 shows a detailed 3 story wall section calling out the specific requirements for the
assembly/constructio • the 1CF wall as well as the details for anchoring tie-downs of the truss
system installed on t ' w Is.
