1907 Creekside Cir Arborist Letter Joe Musgrove ISA Certified Arborist® FL-9674A Joe.lucastree@gmail.com (904) 887-1492 November 19, 2024 Chad Thomsen 1907 Creekside Cir. Atlantic Beach, Fl 32233 In Re: Certified Arborist letter To Whom it May Concern: Upon inspection of the property, I found two trees that should be removed. A Sweet Gum and a Silver Maple tree. The trees pose an unnecessary risk to person or property. Both trees were damaged during Hurricane Helene; The Sweet Gum tree lost a large branch during the storm that landed on the roof of the listed property. The tree also has a large hole in the base of the stump where visible rot can be seen on the inside of the tree. The tree is growing up against the side of the house and the trunk of the tree is touching the roof. The tree is a hazard to the property and should be removed. The Silver Maple tree broke in half during the storm. The remaining section of the tree is dead. The tree is leaning out over Creekside Cir, And is a major hazard to anyone walking or driving by. The tree should be removed. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
