FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE FOR ELECTED CITY OFFICIALS

seen fit to inact laws which erode "Home Rule Powers" granted to
the Cities of Florida by the People in the 1968 Constitution;
WHEREAS, Local- self government is the keystone to
American democracy and that government closest to the people
serves its constituents better;

knowledge, has identified any person which has been arrested or
convicted for breach of public trust as result of financial
disclosure laws;
WHEREAS, the City Commission are confident if HB 657 or
