• `~~. WF~REAS,~ `Adelaide. ~R. Tucker has served `as a Cashier for the City
of Atlantic Beach, Florida, from. Januar _ 28., ,.1472, to December 2, 1975,
and was appointed'to the position of City Clerk an December 3, 1975,
and served the City of Atlantic Beach.. in that capacity through June .1982,

_ '- WHEREAS, ,Adelaide R. Tucker performed all her duties in a highly
professional manner and dedicated a significant amount of personal time
' for the benefit of the_citizens of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida,
and
WHEREAS, Adelaide R. Tucker has tirelessly exhibited dedication,
diligence, perserverance, and personal sacrifice to further the interests
of the community, ~ ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED.by the City of Atlantic Beach,.
Florida, that it does, through the authority of its present elected City
Commission, hereby attest ~o the contributions of Adelaide R. Tucker,
and does hereby officially extend the heartfelt gratitude of the City of
., Atlantic Beach, Florida; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that recognition of such service, profes-
sionalism and devotion to duty be spread upon the Official Minutes of
this body by a copy hereof, and this original resolution be presented to
Adelaide R. Tucker as a small token of appreciation from the Citizens of
the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida. ;,
