man) Jensen ,the following Resolution was adopted:
1t`I)EREAS. the State of Florida Department of Transportation leas located and proposes to construct ar
reconstruct a part of State Road AlA & 101

AND 11'HEREAS, in order far the State of Florida Department of Transportation to further and complete said
project, it is necessary that certain utilities and/or facilities within the Right-of•1~'ay limits of said State Road
AlA & 101 , Le adjusted, changed or relocated,
AND «'HEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation ha~ing requested the City of
Atlantic Beach ~ Florida, to execute and deliver to the State of Florida Department of Transportation
a Utilities Agreement, agreeing to make or cause to be made such adjustments, changes or relocations of said
utilities andlor facilities as set out in said Agreement, and said request ha~zng been duly considered,
NOt~' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOI.\'ED by the ('.TTY f'n'~cll~'~' of the City of Atlantic Beach,

execute and deliver to the State of Florida Department of Transportation a Utilities Agreement for the adjust-
