Dear Mr. Atkins,
Per your request, I visited 251 Levy Road Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233 to verify accuracy of
existing tree survey and evaluate health and condition of trees on the property to identify trees
that I could condemn for the below reasons.
Hazardous / Dying / Diseased / Severe decline
Dangerous / Hollow / Uprooting /Major cavities of decay
Storm damaged that made them structurally unsound
Infested with wood boring insect
I was able to identify and condemn 5 – Protected trees with total diameter of 138 inches.
I also found 14 - Protected trees that Appear Healthy with total diameter of 238 inches.
Most of the trees I condemned are currently unsafe and dangerous, while others are in extreme
decline and will soon become the same.
In addition to this letter, I have submitted a property plat with each condemned tree on the diagram. I
have also submitted a Table with tree identification, diameter, species, and problems found.
Trees that did not have clear and patent signs of decline or did not meet the above criteria were not
noted.
