Per your request I have inspected the trees on East Coast Dr. The large live oak will
survive construction, with the pruning we discussed. The large laurel oak is in poor condition
included bark, some bug activity, and unacceptable lean. The (2) small sycamore trees are in
bad shape as well, dying canopies probably viral. I recommend these trees (3) be removed.
