I've attached the calculations for 610 Begonia St. You are a little short(12.5") on mitigation due to palm tree credit being maxed out but I can approve the C.O. if you agree to mitigate for this on the neighboring lot(620 Begonia). Also, you will have 15.5"of excess palm tree mitigation that you can use for the neighboring lot 620 Begonia). If you agree, please respond agreeing that you will plant the remaining mitigation on the neighboring lot. If not, you can pay for or plant the remaining 12.5"that are owed. Let me know how you'd like to proceed or if you want to discuss it.
