Re: 2400 Seminole Road I Landscape Improvement Intent

DESIGN The original intent of the landscape design for this site was to maintain the existing
Magnolia trees in the east yard. However, after a year of monitoring their health,
providing maintenance, and fertilizer applications, it was concluded that the damage
sustained by the recent hurricane proved too much for the trees'vitality.
There was an 8' GW Canary Island Date Palm in the east yard area that was found to be
infected with Ganoderma; we immediately ordered the removal of that palm, root ball,
and the fumigation of the soil when this was recognized to avoid spreading of the disease,
additionally several Sabal Palms were removed -these palms are being replace in kind.
To offset these loses, we are adding the following trees/palms to the site:
3) - Oak Trees over 4" caliper and over 12' height to be installed
30)-Trees over 2" caliper and over 10' height to be installed
1) - Palms with clear trunk over 8' height to be installed
