A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA APPROVING A THREE-YEAR CONTRACT FOR
BANKING SERVICES WITH BANK OF AMERICA AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE
CONTRACT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach has had a long-standing relationship with its
current banker, Bank of America N.A.; and
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach most recent contract with Bank of America, N.A.
has expired; and
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach wishes to enter into a new contract with Bank of
America N.A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Atlantic Beach, Florida, that
The City Commission authorizes the City Manager to execute the
contract with Bank of America N.A.
2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage and
adoption by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida.
ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida on the I Oh day of
