As requested, a representative of AA & Associates of Florida and Engineer of Record Angel Alicea, PE, CRC, CBC,
CGC approves the pre-engineered truss shop drawings for the project stated above. The pre-engineered truss
engineer shall provide a signed a sealed set of truss drawings to Builder Charles Lundgren to provide to the city
for permitting.
