After reviewing documents provided, please find below our evaluation / estimate for cost to replace the
existing building at 645 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32233.
The building is approximately 1204 SF. It is a commercial building with slab on grade, mostly CMU
block walls with a framed addition on the back, flat roof with parapet walls and a shingle front entry
porch roof. The interior consists of tile flooring, some tile walls, acoustical ceilings, electrical, HVAC
and plumbing.
Cost to replace existing building as it is currently (does not include demolition and cleanup of existing
structures – assumes clean site)
Total Cost to replace - $301,000 (+/- 5%)
