We purchase/close on the property on 3/31/2025 and plan to install a fence right away- 4/1/2025 if approved. There is already an existing wooden fence on the back of the property and I was told since it is on an easement, so I'd need to fill out an easement form but cannot find the form from the checklist/link that was provided. I understand that the fence has to be 15' away from street pavement, so we will make sure we follow those guidelines. I drew on the survey of where we would like the fence. There is an existing wooden fence along the back of the property that we would like to extend to the property line and will be 6' wooden as well. The rest of the fence we are adding will be 6' white vinyl. When looking at the survey attached, the red represents the vinyl, yellow represents the wooden and blue represents where we would like to have a gate (white 6' vinyl) to access the backyard. Our goal is to use as much of the land in the back/side as possible since we have that retention pond. I've also attached a survey that doesn't include our fence addition for reference. Please indicate that the fence is at least 15ft from the edge of the street pavement on the site plan.
