Outreach Subcommittee Meeting

Present: Anastasia Houston, ESC Member
Sarah Boren, ESC Chair
1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT (5 MINS.)

3. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION
A. ESC Education, Outreach, Marketing and Communication Matters.
Awards – Whole meeting was about final preparations for inaugural awards event on
4/23/25
Program
o Anastasia to work on powerpoint
o Sarah to draft physical program and work with staff to approve and print
o Sarah in charge of name tags
Yard Stands & Flags – already ordered and being shipped
Physical Awards – had to order with extra rush fee
Decorations
o Anastasia to take lead
Event promotion
o Sarah to work with staff on more promotion
o Sarah to make sure Commissioners and finalists are personally invited.

There being no further discussion, the meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
