(NDD) 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order at 6:07 p.m. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 3. COURTESY OF THE FLOOR (5 MINS.) 4. CHAIR REMARKS A.  Beaches Go Green isn't going to present tonight.  Calendar invite to April 14th meeting at 5:30 p.m., ESC to present priorities  News piece about ESC on First Coast Connect  Town Hall recap  Sarah can't make the July meeting, Amy will chair  Last meeting in March, ESC agreed to personally promote Beaches Go Green.  ARCC chair reached out to collaborate with ESC  April 28th to report to Commission  Earth Day sign-up set for shifts at the event  WellFest booth on May 3rd MOTION: To approve 60 Day Calendar Motion: Daniele Giovannucci Second: Bruce Andrews Bruce Andrews (Seconded By) For Amy Palmer For Anastasia Houston For Sarah Boren For Daniele Giovannucci (Moved By) For Page 1 of 3 Environmental Stewardship Committee (ESC) April 9, 2025 Motion passed 5 to 0. 5. MOTION: To accept the consent agenda with the addition of the recent Beaches Go Green powerpoint presentation from the April 3rd Hands on Workshop on "How to reduce plastic in your life" as part of the agenda.
